New Hampshire's Five Season Farm
Rossview Farm dabbled in syrup production during the 1980s, but got in up to our elbows in 1999. We built a sugarhouse from our own Pine trees milled out right here on our farm.
We attended many seminars to learn the best way to be productive while maintaining the health of our sugarbush. Applying all of this knowledge efficiently is the key to being viable as making Maple Syrup is not very profitable, but it sure is tasty!
Throughout the years of sugaring we have received high praise for the quality of our syrup and have received a blue ribbon each time we entered a county fair. Cleanliness and attention to detail are our key ingredients to making what we feel is a great product.
